Bigelow further claimed—without releasing supporting evidence—that the United States has recovered non-human vehicles and transferred material to private contractors.
Bigelow says the meeting occurred on February 6, 2026, lasted approximately 75–80 minutes, and included Trump and White House Staff Secretary William Scharf. He says he brought seven reports, one devoted to UAP, non-human intelligence and a staged disclosure strategy.
According to Bigelow, his proposed presidential wording was essentially that a non-human intelligent presence has operated on Earth for a very long time using spacecraft beyond known human capabilities. Ukrainian observatory paper claims enormous “craft” around the Moon
A niche report published on 6 August 2026 has brought renewed attention to a March 2026 preprint by three researchers affiliated with Ukraine’s Main Astronomical Observatory. The paper, UFO Dynamics on the Moon, claims that telescope footage from August and September 2025 shows more than 20 objects near or apparently crossing the lunar disc—including discs estimated at 25–40 kilometres wide and toroidal objects allegedly travelling at up to 11 kilometres per second.
The paper goes considerably further than reporting unidentified imagery: its authors state that they believe the Moon serves as a UFO base and that the objects represent a technologically advanced civilisation. Those conclusions are not supported by independent observations, peer review or released raw data.6
