Hillary Clinton: ‘I’ll Make UFO Files Public’

In a recent interview with Jimmy Kimmel's, Live TV show. The Presidential Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton, has made bold statements on the UFO Question and it's answers.

Clinton offered this provocative response: “Yes...well, I’m gonna do it, again. And you know, there’s a new name,” Clinton added. “It’s unexplained aerial phenomenon — UAP — that’s the latest nomenclature.”

When Kimmel countered that he prefers the “old” acronym — UFO — Clinton said, “Well, I think we can use them interchangeably, but I would like us to go into those files and, hopefully, make as much of that public as possible. If there’s nothing there, let’s tell people there’s nothing there.”

It's not the first time that Clinton has made the bold promise of UFO disclosure under her "possible?" Presidency, but it won't be the last.

50 Years Ago Today, UFOs Peppered The Skies Over Michigan

ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) — Fifty years later, a conference is being held this weekend in Ann Arbor to recall a time of unusual lights, floating discs and other UFOs in southern Michigan.

In March 1966, there were reports of strange sights from Ann Arbor to Hillsdale. Students at Hillsdale College said a UFO had landed on a softball field. In Washtenaw County, police rushed to a swampy area after being told of a UFO.

The Detroit Free Press (http://on.freep.com/22gFfCX ) says the U.S. Air Force determined it was all related to "marsh gas" or "swamp gas." That didn't close the controversy.

William Konkolesky, state director of the Mutual UFO Network, says "we're no closer to understanding it."

The conference will be held Saturday at the Wyndham Garden hotel in Ann Arbor.

US Presidential Candidate And The UFO Question

While discussing his plans to reform Social Security, Ohio Governor John Kasich brought up a curious query.

"Now there are more 18-year-olds who believe they have a better chance of seeing a UFO than a Social Security check," Kasich said.

True? Possibly, but in context, you see Kasich was referring to a poll in 1994, where quoted
"they would see a UFO than believed that Social Security would help them when they retired"

Its not surprising the US has its far share of UFO sightings, The National UFO Reporting Center, an online clearinghouse, documented 402 incidents in the month of February alone.

The Cato Institute also asked a similar question in 1999 of 18- to 30-year-olds and found that 43% think they'll see a UFO during their lifetime, but only 28% think they'll see a Social Security check.

Polls aside, this line of question isn't uncommon during a presidential race, just the previous month of December, Hilary Clinton responded to a question on the UFO topic and her answer with great enthusiasm "Yes, I'm going to get to the bottom of it".

But, I doubt the politicians will to share the truth on UFOs!

"I Saw The UFO, Too!" Claims Former Policeman of The MoD, UK

THE Hungerford UFO mystery has deepened as a man claiming to be a former Ministry of Defence policeman has broken ranks to declare: “I saw it too.”

The retired officer said an object, identical in appearance to that photographed by Vanessa Cloete over the town’s Charnham Park area last year, terrified him and a colleague as it swooped down on them above the Greenham Common nuclear missile silos.

He said an American officer dressed in black later swore him to secrecy and he has not spoken of the incident publicly until now.

We have agreed to withhold his identity because the man, who signed the Official Secrets Act for life, was warned never to speak of what he and colleagues saw that night during the late 1980s.

But the retired officer said: “It looked exactly the same as the photograph in the paper.

“I want the people in Hungerford and Lambourn who saw it to know they’re not alone and that someone believes them.”

Ms Cloete snapped this image, and many more like it, of an unidentified aerial phenomenon above her home in June last year.

Since then, others have reported seeing a similar object above the town and, subsequently, above Lambourn.

The retired officer, now in his 70s, said: “I was on patrol near the missile silos with a colleague when we tried to fill up with fuel from the pumps.

“They suddenly failed for no apparent reason and then we saw it – just like the photograph, a big, glowing ballbearing with a halo round it.

“It swooped down and my colleague said: ‘What the hell is that?’

“I know what aircraft and balloons look like. It was neither.

“It was just floating above the runway.”

After the object sped off at “an impossible speed” the officer reported it to the control room.
He said: “The control room immediately said: ‘Right – have you seen a UFO?’ before I could even tell them. How the hell did they know?”

He said the following day he was grilled by a senior army official and warned never to speak of the incident.

He added: “As I left the room I heard voices, looked back and saw a high-ranking Royal Air Force officer in conversation with a man with an American accent, wearing a black suit and carrying a black briefcase.

“They looked at me and I knew they were discussing what I’d seen.”

The retired officer said a young colleague on patrol later confessed he had seen it too and had been so terrified he had jumped over a wall and hidden.

He added: “That man told me that, when it left, it was like watching the dot on the television screen disappear – that’s how fast it went.

“It’s been on my mind ever since and the photograph brought it all back.”

Greenham Common was used by both the RAF and the United States Army Air Forces and stored nuclear warheads in silos there.

After the Cold War ended, it was closed in 1993.
